The American Sephardi Federation is a small nonprofit organization that was operating at the behest of one donor instead of as a business. The organization had no agreed upon mission, the loosely organized board rarely met, and the web site was a mess.

The Solutions

Website - Sarina Roffé joined forces with a committee to reinvigorate the web site. With a limited budget, Sarina identified a vendor, wrote web site content and was able to bring the website to be more current, using a content management system that the staff could easily use to make updates.

Mission – Sarina Roffé wrote a new mission statement which was presented to the board and approved.

Board Involvement – Sarina Roffé joined the board and helped establish a schedule of board meetings where organization business was discussed.
